Great experience with Danny and team from Smith & Butler Estates. Professional approach, fast communication and responsiveness to all queries I had around the property before and after the purchase. Accommodated several viewings later in the evening or on Saturday, which I really appreciated. The process was long enough, with queries back and forth between the solicitors, but there was no added pressure from the estate agent. If you have a problem or need a question answered, they will deal with it immediately, or seek further clarification and revert to you. The guys in the office are helpful and very experienced in the finer details regarding letting / legal requirements and obligations of landlords and tenants. Great service and wish them success going forward. Highly recommended.

Efficient rent collection tenants pay rent via standing order to our client monies accounts.
